Fareed Jaunbocus, our CEO, formerly a Partner with De Chazal Du Mee/Arthur Andersen/BDO, has a unique width of experience in Consulting assignments, Training and Capacity Building. He has a recognized track record of high delivery as testified by our clients across industries, across sectors and across countries. He has worked in some fifty countries worldwide, from the USA to China, from Europe to South Africa.

Nand Coopoomootoo is our Director of Operations. Nand, formerly a Manager with De Chazal Du Mee and Price Waterhouse Coopers (PWC), Advisor to the Minister of Finance and Economic Development and subsequently an Associate Director with Grant Thornton, has an extensive experience in Mauritius and several countries in Africa.
He has managed multi dimensional projects and is a specialist in Quality Management, Organisational and Operational Audits, Business Process Reengineering and Capacity Building.
Nand has the passion, tenacity and endless drive to enable organisations tap on new business frontiers and create better profitability, growth and market share. He challenges the status quo and is always determined to enable clients and employees reach their untapped potentials.
During decades of experience with these leading firms of Chartered Accountants and Business Consultants and his experience in the public service, Nand is today well poised to undertake a critical 360 degree view of all engagements, both in the private and public sectors.
Christian Fanchette is a well known HR and Management specialist who delivers high value services. He has decades of experience in some of the largest conglomerates of Mauritius. He is a highly skilled communicator and always endeavours to find new and effective ways to deliver results in today’s ever changing marketplace, organisations and environment.
He excels at designing and implementing innovative strategies and business solutions to drive performance improvement, crafting pragmatic solutions to complex problems, and engaging the client’s team to reach new heights.
One of the most experienced Human Resources professionals in the local industry. Has acquired a lot of exposure working in different sectors of activity (Banking, Marketing and Distribution, Internet, Food production, Finance, Agricultural Research) and dealing with people from different cultural backgrounds). As a MQA Trainer in the field of Human Resources Management, has also developed particularly strong training skills, sharing his knowledge and experience with students following the MBA courses at the University of Mauritius. (Senior Part-time Lecturer in Human Resources and Organisational Behaviour). Also trained Senior Managers in some renowned companies like Swan Group and Food and Allied Group of Companies in the setting up of a Performance Management System and Quality Circles.
Zaredhin Jaunbaccus is an experienced lawyer who has been providing legal advice in various fields such as Insurance Law, Civil Law and Commercial Law. He has extensive experience in consulting with attorneys and their clients and in preparing legal documents.
Zaredhin appears before all the Courts of Mauritius including the Supreme Court in all types of litigations and cases be it at the Trial level or Appeal stage. He has also been appearing before the Privy Council (England) which is the Highest Court of Appeal for Mauritius
He also acts as Chairman of disciplinary committees.
